Hello, my name is Nico if you couldn't tell.
I am a recent graduate from University of California, Irvine where I majored in computer science with a specialization in information. Most of my courses involved programming and theory, but after taking a few design courses during my senior year, I started steering towards front-end web development and design. Those courses expanded upon basic fundamentals of design and it really opened my eyes to some of the simplest things developers can do to make things more enjoyable and accessible to people. Along with this, I found that I really enjoyed the combination of thought when it comes to designing how something looks, why it was made to look that way, and of course, the technical work behind it all.
But enough of the tech talk...
In my free time I enjoy going on food runs, in fact, I may have a slight huge addiction to boba and soup dishes. I love watching cooking videos on YouTube and later on maybe trying to make some of the dishes. Besides food-related hobbies, I also enjoy dancing, specifically urban dance, which is something that I grew to love in my time at UCI. In the past, I put in a lot of hours in videogames (I used to play a lot of League of Legends) and watching/playing basketball.
